Marital status: Married
Children: 2
Occupation: teacher
Comment: We have a family camp we go to every summer for the last 33 years and unfortunately it falls on the same week as the 4th of July.

I retired from teaching (SanDiego City Schools) but husband still practices law.

We have two daughters and 4 adorable grandchildren.

My husband & I live in La Jolla, but miss Coronado.

I remember saying in high school, "I can't wait to leave." Now I wish I'd been a little wiser.

What a trip this is! -  reading all these blurbs  - the flashbacks and the fast forwards.   Lots of pithy quotes spring to mind – but “still crazy after all these years” and “what a long strange trip it’s been” seem most apt.

Journey synopsis: 40 years in 40 words or less (no mean feat for the Pegasus contingent):  Earned degrees in geology & business; got married/divorced. Ran around world exploring  (Alaska, Trinidad, Russia, Libya, Algeria etc). Lived abroad 13 years – UK and Saudi Arabia.  Definitely changes how you perceive the world (Buffet was right – “nothing remains quite the same”).  Moved back stateside (Bay Area) last year – very happy to be back in California.

Have already made a few special Coronado re-connections and am definitely looking forward to more in July.

PS:  probably the tequila Robin!

I lived in Mexico for a few years after graduation-one way to learn Spanish and I have been up in Los Angeles county the last 30 years working and traveling. I'm hoping I will be able to make the reunion. I was in Coronado last year for the first time in almost 15 years. Wow has it changed and grown.

Occupation: Retired Aerospace Engineering Mgr
Comment: Thought I would sign up and take my name off the missing lists. My wife of 47 years and I retired 12 years ago and purchased a ranch near the Grand Canyon NP after spending my working life as a US Marine, police officer and engineering department manager at Northrop Grumman Corp. We have three children and 11 grandchildren. I’ll pass on the tour of the USS Midway after spending time aboard the rust bucket in 1973.
