Comment: I'm honored to join all of you on the 5th. My parents dragged me off the island in 1966 to Redondo Beach. My heart is still in Coronado and I plan to get back to the island some day...even if it's ashes on dog beach.
I'm currently the Pres. of the Bonita Optimist Club (>120 members). I 've been married for >30 years and have two wonderful sons, Nick is an Air Force Pilot and Patrick is in Amsterdam for a semester abroad from UCSB.

Carol Roberts (Bailey)

Marital status: Divorced
Occupation: retired
Comment: I joined the Air Force after high school and retired from the USAF in 1993.  I spent most of my career working in intelligence in Germany.  Since I had already spent so many years in Germany, I retired there and continued working for the US government until I retired again in 2013.  I then moved to Beaverton, Oregon to be near my brother and his extended family.  I now live just a few miles from both of my nephews and their families and a few miles from my brother.  I've been back to Germany to visit friends and plan on going again soon.
